Medical Clearance

All clients must complete a health intake and receive medical clearance from our supervising provider prior to any IV, peptide, or injection service. We may request additional information or decline service when appropriate for your safety.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments are scheduled by phone, email, or via our contact form. We do not currently offer online booking. A confirmation will be sent once your visit is reserved.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask for at least [24–48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a [fee]. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Payment

Payment is collected in person at the time of service. We accept [cash, major credit cards, etc.]. We do not process payments online and do not store payment information.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than [15 minutes] late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect other clients' bookings.

Privacy

Your health information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
